about

I meet people on a daily basis who have pain and believe it is something they must live with. They have tried everything and while they may feel better for a while, they have yet to find something to give them the lasting effects they long for. This can be a very frustrating process as you try to navigate through the overwhelming amount of information being thrown at you.

The body is a very good communicator, if we listen to it! The body is also very resilient and it will usually figure out a way to perform when we ask it to. We can still move even if our muscles and joints aren’t functioning like they should be. The body uses compensation patterns to perform motions when strength and mobility are not sufficient. Compensation patterns can form when a muscle or group of muscles is unable to properly move a joint through a range of motion. They can also form when there is a restriction within a joint that does not allow the joint to move freely, regardless of muscular strength.

Compensation patterns will only work for so long before something breaks down. The good news is that your body has the natural ability to heal itself. All it needs is a facilitator and someone to really listen to what it’s saying (screaming). That’s where I come in.

Since receiving my massage therapy certification from the Healing Arts Institute in Ft. Collins, CO in 2003, I have continued to expand my knowledge of the human body and how it works through different techniques to give your body what it needs to begin the healing process. My expertise includes CranioSacral Therapy (both adults + infants/children), Neural Manipulation, Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques, and Proprioceptive-Deep Tendon Reflex - a unique skill set and treatment you won’t find anywhere else in Cheyenne.

My healing touch provides relief to those who suffer from headaches, chronic pain, nerve restrictions, fascia restrictions, or general stress (to name a few).

Take care of your body. It's the only place you have to live. I look forward to seeing you!
